Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and immigrated to Chicago, IL in the 90’s. Luis has grabbed the essence of Latin American flavors and American BBQ Culture and mashed it together into a unique and bold fusion of flavors.

Showcasing his talents on Netflix’s BBQ Showdown, and now displaying his talents at Outfit Brewery in Dallas, TX . His journey continues navigating the BBQ world.

Serving a limited dinner menu at Outfit, Thursday-Saturday and a brunch/lunch option on Sundays.
